As the creator and founder of Enlightened Healing Experience, the journey has been one of deep exploration into the various dimensions of wellness and holistic health. Driven by a passion for helping individuals achieve balance in their lives, I sought to integrate diverse practices that foster physical, emotional, and spiritual growth. This venture embodies a commitment to creating a safe and nurturing environment where clients can embark on their personal healing journeys. By blending traditional and alternative modalities, Enlightened Healing Experience aims to empower individuals to discover their innate potential and cultivate lasting change.

While offering a supportive environment for growth and healing through alternative wellness practice complimented with a focus on natural therapies and holistic care to improve emotional, physical, and spiritual health. We are dedicated to offering a variety of alternative healing practices that empower individuals on their journey to wellness.

  • Valerie joins us as a co-host with our Community Reiki Gatherings and brings with her a rich background in massage, herbs, and essential oils.

• Therapist - Tara Lorenz - Empowered Therapy

  • Tara and her team offer an array of services surrounding mental health and assessments. Our staff works with clients from the age of 4 to 105. Services are provided to individuals, couples, and families both in person and through telehealth.
